Cosmin Cocis studied sculpture at the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. However, his art has since intersected multiple experimental techniques and media. Nowadays, he lives in France and works as a freelance artist, dedicating his time to the artistic creation and research.

His artistic approach, represented by a heterogeneous collection of experiments and performances, is a meditation on the perpetual re-invention, on what is constantly changing and on what stays unchanged during that process.
